Masters System Mandates

  • System claims in favour of any affiliation other than RIP are considered an act of aggression.

We reserve the right to respond to this act of aggression as we see fit and without further warning / discussion or negotiation.

  • System claims reinforcing the existing RIP claim are actively encouraged.

  • This system is restricted space... Only the RIP and AFT are welcome here. All other parties should leave... Now!

  • Trespassers will be punished according to the severity of their offence (see below for penalties and noted offenders).

  • Noting the above Mandates, you are free to leave this system by the quickest possible route.

Penalties

  • All Offences - Public explanation of your reason for being in Masters is required.

  • First Offence - 100 stellar fine to be paid to the RIP.

  • Second Offence - 1000 stellar fine to be paid to the RIP.

  • Third Offence - 100,000 stellar fine to be paid to the RIP.

  • Fourth Offence - 100,000 stellar fine + confiscation of offending position.

  • Fifth Offence - Your agreement for RIP to ignore laws in your own systems is given by you.

Offences

  • The system Governor decides the severity and nature of the offence at the time he notes your infraction of the Mandates.

  • An offence is a completely nebulous and undefined thing - therefore it's very easy for you to commit an offence.

  • The system Governor could decide that your fleet of 20 X-Light Hulled freighters constitutes a single offence or 20 seperate offences.

  • You could move from First offence to Fifth offence (and possibly beyond) all with a single infraction.

  • The best way to avoid commiting offences is to stay out of Masters.

  • IMP - The Imperial Services are currently subject to a 100 stellar fine and a public explanation (IMP SHIP PANTHER (79415) - spotted Star Date 209.37.4)

Cancelled Offences (for administrative purposes only)

  • IMP - The Imperial Services are currently subject to a 100 stellar fine and a public explanation (IMP SHIP PROWLER (98678) - spotted Star Date 209.30.1)

  • MOH - The Mohache are currently subject to a 100 stellar fine and a public explanation (MOH SHIP IRKKE HOO MISSTU (59759) and MOH SHIP IRKKE HOO HOOFT (40215) - spotted Star Date 209.39.3)
